Welcome back to the new Willow Bay. This part of the update starts off at the Bruty-Hamilton household where Sandy is raising her daughter alongside Marylena & Andrea Hamilton with their son, Ash.
Yeah, these two are definitely going to get hitched one day. Cute lil' babies.
So as per the last update, I thought Shea Johnston was just a boring old popularity sim. Nope. Turns out he's a cheater.
Sandy: I won't tell your wife. I keep a lot of secrets in this town.
If you're going to sleep with a married man, the least you could do is try for a baby to make it that much more dramatic.
Ash grows up.
Nicole grows up (she really looks like her dad, Peter Cameron, here).
What an adorable family.
I low-key find Ash's custom content eyes creepy. They just do not suit him.
Turns out drinking all that elixir with a red aspiration bar back in the spring has finally caught up with Marylena. At least she is the first sim in town to die and get a platinum grave.
Andrea: Why are you crying? She was my wife.
Well, it's fall now for the Bruty-Hamilton household. Time to move over to the Moon Islands...
Over at the Spacek household, Prof. Catalina (I think I may have referred to her as Katarina/Catarina previously) continues to be pissed at her husband. However, her desires as a family sim prevent her from wanting to divorce his ass.
Especially since both of them are pregnant right now.
Catalina gives birth to the couple's first child, a boy named Isaac Spacek. There are going to be a lot of new green faces this round.
Wesley reaches the top of the dance career and is now joining the ranks of his fellow perma-plat sims.
Wesley: Maybe it's the pregnancy hormones talking, but can we go back to being friends at least. For the kid's sake.
Catalina: I'll think about it.
Isaac becomes a toddler.
The desire to have more babies overrides Catalina's sense of dignity.
Wesley gives birth to a pure alien baby by the name of Vivienne. I use a multi-pollinator hack and her other parent is the red-headed one.
Once again, Wesley wants to get abducted by his people.
Catalina: *gasp*
You had unprotected woohoo; what did you expect?
Wesley: I want to go again!
He seriously rolled a want to be abducted 5 times. Bastard.
Gross.
Wesley: We're both juggling parental responsibilities.
Vivienne grows up.
Isaac grows up again.
Catalina gives birth to her second child with Wesley named Theodore. This was just as summer turned to fall.
Switching over to the Nolan family, a pregnant Chelsea was potty training Skye while Kennedy did... that.
Chelsea managed to get to the top of the culinary career and is now perma-plat.
She then gave birth to her first child that wasn't out of wedlock, Darius Nolan.
Skye grew up.
And finally met her real dad.
Skye: Why are you pregnant?
Darius grows up.
The Nolans remain one of the more boring families of the rotation. No drama. I thought Kennedy might pass away, but it looks like he still has a couple days to live in the upcoming fall rotation.
Over at the Bledsoe household, the rotation started with Leah's birthday.
As you may have noticed in the pictures, I've started placing any furniture that my playables buy while at each other's businesses. If they want it, they can keep it.
Jay Beckett continues to get beaten by the nanny. Some criminal.
Sheldon Hanby reaches the top of the adventure career.
Natalie gives birth to a son named August.
Following his achievement of perma-plat aspiration, Sheldon buys a community lot to work toward his new LTW- owning 5 top level businesses.
This is Fitizen Kane- a gym located on the Moon Islands.
Just some pic spam from the time spent there. I left the gym at level 3. I'll return to it later.
Back at home, the rotation was almost over so I let Jay find a wife. This is Tina Allbee (?).
She is a knowledge sim who wants to be a media magnate.
Since she has a more interesting last name, she was the one to propose marriage to Jay making them the Allbee (?) family.
Yes, making a baby in your friend's bed is absolutely appropriate.
Leah grows up.
Followed by August.
Not to be upstaged by their friends, Natalie and Sheldon decide it's time to get pregnant, too.
The Allbees (?) move out to a new home on the Moon Islands where they can start their own family ending the Bledsoe part of the rotation.
The O'Hara family also starts the round off with a birthday. Thomas is set to become a teenager.
He rolls pleasure/popularity and wants 50 first dates.
Erinn Stratton becomes his want spam fodder for at least one night. It's what happens when a pleasure sim meets a romance sim.
Grace reaches the top of the science career and thus becomes another perma-plat resident of the neighbourhood.
Thomas ends the round by successfully sneaking out of the house with Erinn Stratton. Good boy.
But this update isn't over yet. Meet the Skelton family. Husband Bruce and wife Valerie. Bruce is a popularity sim who wants to be captain hero and Valerie is a knowledge sim who wants to be a game designer. Basically, they are intended to be the family that will own the graveyard to unlock a position in the paranormal career.
When I initially was planning this family, it was a pair of sisters. However, my game crashed so I got a chance to make a new set and went for a couple.
They move into another home I downloaded from modthesims because I am crap at designing houses and businesses.
Before they even extend the season, they get to work on making a little one.
Yes I make several of my sims look weird and unique. It's the whole point of those face sliders.
Since the family doesn't have any money right now, Valerie takes a position in military because she can't afford what she needs for the gamer career.
Yes I almost exclusively make my male sims super handsome. They deserve it.
Valerie gives birth to a little girl named Hilary Skelton.
After finally being able to afford the necessary items, Valerie gets her dream job in the gamer career.
The last night of the round involves Hilary growing into a toddler. She is incredibly outgoing despite both her parents being super shy.
Hilary woohoo blocking her parents is what ended the rotation for the family.
With that, the part of this rotation that takes place on the Moon Islands is over. Next time will be the full college update.
