The New Willow Bay - Year 3 Fall 3 - Fancey

Welcome back to the new Willow Bay.  It's the beginning of the fall rotation.  With the Sim and Deppiesse families having been checked on, the attention now goes to their neighbours, the Fanceys.

Anne Marie was the last of her siblings left at home.  Her brother was a Senior at Boolprop College and her sister was in her Freshman Orientation.  She had heard stories about college life and, as a romance sim, was excited beyond belief to join in the fun.  She had managed to get an invite to one kegger in the summer, but had been grounded by her parents when she was caught sneaking home.  She knew that she would be pledging one of the Greek houses as soon as she arrived to make up for lost time.

She was pushing herself to her limits to get scholarships.  Although Boolprop College accepted everyone, a condition made possible by the Deppiesse family, it was more fun if you had the funds to party.

Anne Marie: Did I just black out?

And she was going to get those funds by any means necessary.

Her concussion proved minor, but it still knocked her back a bit in terms of skill points.

Anne Marie: Are you serious?  $7000 total?  That's perfect!

Short of the scholarships for working sims, orphans, the undead, pool players, and alien abductees, Anne Marie had all the scholarships she could possibly get before she was set to leave for college.

Melissa: You know, the doctor said my vision was fine.  She's not sure what's wrong with me.

Gordon: Maybe you're just stressed from work.

Melissa hadn't been feeling herself lately.  Although she could retire a long time ago, she chose not to due to the lack of Business Tycoons in Willow Bay.  She didn't want to be responsible for setting the town back.  Every day after work, she found herself more exhausted than the day before.  She started taking up strange activities such as pretending to be a pirate in the bathtub in the middle of the night after everyone had gone to bed.

She also stopped sleeping with her husband.  No matter how warm his body, she still felt chills in the middle of the night.  Something was coming for her.

Anne Marie couldn't wait until that evening.  She hung up her high school diploma and made the call.

That winter, she would be starting at Boolprop College.  All three of the Fancey children were now out of the house and on their own.
